Processing Time

All artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

• Portugal: 3 business days
• Europe and rest of the world: up to 20 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Free shipping is available from a minimum order value — this will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging

Each artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Only applies if chosen the tracked shipping option.
